They put it on the last Friday of every month, we meet at 6.45pm or thereabouts, on the Thames South Bank for a 7pm departure

Until your battery runs out or we hit major rain. Then we normally retreat to a pub for a refuel - both us and the boards, then catch the last trains home.

    Hi Alex,
    Yep. It was rather eventful.
Got a flat tire at the start just as we were setting off so didn't think I was going to be able to join the Mass. Got that fixed and managed to catch up with everyone at the front. Rain then started so in pub while it rained. Skated back along the Thames.

Great forum guys, I only stumbled across it by chance - hey Evolve crew, you must have a database of previous buyers of Evolve boards, have you considered emailing details of the forum to all the previous buyers who may not know about it, would be great to help the forum grow and help us to find more local Evolvers to ride with... just a thought!

    Welcome Hugo! :grinning:

How did you discover the site?

You must have some great coastal paths round that area. We had a meetup on the east coast today along The Viking Trail in Reculver. We'll have to try and get one sorted on the west coast some time and head out to your neck of the woods :punch::thumbsup:

This is actually a fan man forum, founded by Evolve enthusiasts and we welcome all electric skateboard riders even if you've not made the switch to an Evolve board yet ;) But I agree it would be pretty sweet if we could get mailshot out to all Evolve owners at some point, will have to see if we can get that actioned, for the time being feel free to share it with any riders you know :)

    Hi Alex,
I found the forum by checking out the Evolve U.K. Facebook page - but I was thinking not all previous buyers may still check in with that regularly.
Yeah I have some great routes around here, coastal paths, a 3 mile smooth promenade along the sea front here and a superb flat beach to ride on...well it's not a great beach compared to many but it is flat and the sand is compacted enough to ride on when the beach rangers aren't looking lol. Parks around Bristol are inter connected and are also a great place to ride.
Not seen any other electric boards around here yet - just the regular teen long boarders who seem to feel the need to inform me I'm cheating every time I fly past them.... always amuses me.

I did think about making the trip to join everyone on the Viking trail but unfortunately I am suffering with a broken front truck arm (the GT not me lol) so I'm grounded until Mark can get a new one out to me.. only been a day but I've got withdrawal symptoms from missing my daily ride already lol.

Well keep up the good work... again, great forum, will post more soon.

    Huge.
