Well it may be some time before I am actually able to try mine out & get a direct comparison. I'm sure it will be interesting to test both sets of Abec's back to back, once my Superfly's arrive & have a few miles on them! I'll most probably come back here & post my thoughts, hopefully in the not too distant future.

Any one got any ideas where i can get these in the UK or Europe?

I don´t think there are any in Europe yet. I got mine directly from Chris (Abec11). I was lucky enough that he had a spare set he wanted to send my way, when I wrote him directly. I paid an arm and a leg to get them through costume here in Denmark :)

To all the guys asking about where to get these awesome wheels from, you can follow this link which will allow you to pre-order a set. They are currently expecting stock to arrive in September according to their website. There is international shipping available, but it is at an extra cost of course!

Yes but they want to charge $76 for postage on top of $144.99 for the wheels and then i am pretty sure i will have some import charge to deal with when it arrives weeks later...!!

$245 altogether - shipping and customs added significantly! Follow the details h0ttz posted :)

My first plan was to dye them black, and I had the dye ready. But I kind of grew in to the lemon green look. Actually thinks the combo looks pretty dope. So they will stay green for now.

No way should you dye them!!! I also think the new lemon green looks a fantastic contrast with the Evolve boards. Can't wait to see what they look like with my Carbon GT!

Yeah I know... I just have this thing with black. But green has now won me over.

I am currently living in Christchurch, New Zealand and there is a lot of construction and gravels around, so I ride a Bamboo GT with AT wheels but I have the 83mm Street Wheels too.
I was thinking about getting some 107mm but I don't even have the gearing for it, so I will probably go for the 97mm set up available on Evolve Australian Website and if I ever kill these 97mm upgrade to 107mm.
I hope fbhb can tell us if he feels a real difference going from 97 to 107mm once he gets them.

I just use the standard street gearing. Works good for me. Takes of some of the agressive acceleration which suits me good. I find myself riding mostly in fast (the acceleration in eco is to little) now, where I before was mostly in eco. The 107 kind of gives me the AT feeling but with street wheels :)

Being a pre-order, I'm still waiting to hear that my 107's have arrived in stock before actually being ready to ship out to me. Then there will still be a wait for them to arrive in NZ, being sent from the States! You can rest assured that I will give an update here on the difference I find between the Abec 97's & the new Superfly 107's.

I too am currently using the standard 32T gearing with the 97's, but have just had the 38T upgrade kit arrive from Evolve Australia all ready to give me two gearing options when I get the 107's. I'll most probably try the 107's with the 32T set up initially just to get a feel for the bigger wheels, so it should be really interesting to play around with the different set ups.

Great to hear from someone who has already used them on a Carbon GT! I too own a Carbon GT & currently waiting to hear that my pre-order for a set has arrived in stock/shipped. Are you using the Superflys with the standard 32T gears or have you been able to try them with 38T?
