It's almost like it's lost the board briefly. Do you see a battery percentage ? Maybe reboot and try again unless you already had

You need to be fully charged to make use of the balancing. Numbers don't mean much when drained a bit like that. Also when almost completely drained is another data point on how healthy your cells are. But for balancing purposes you need to charge your board up 100% and allow it to balance. Then take a reading.

You mean simply by topping up with the Evolve charger or is there another method ?

Just paired the remote again and restarted both board and remote a couple times, still the same. Battery percentage, motor current/RPM, and battery voltage in "More Info" shows up correctly. Might have to open the board up and check the connections maybe.

I changed my comment, you need to charge your board up then view those numbers after a balance has been performed. They're meaningless otherwise for random snapshots.

Yes topping off with the Evolve charger and allow it to sit.

We need to experiment if we need to keep the board on the charger or not for the BMS to balance. That's still an unknown. When the BMS balances the cells, the deviation between them is very slim.

I'm still fighting my remote madness, so balancing is the least of my worries right now....
