Evolve GTX remote LAG spikes...

Ok thanks for your thoughts and preferences snee it’s something the boys and myself (as I’m the bank of Dad) will look into.

My GTX did this also... still does! I had three remotes... as seen in my video titled “Evolve is trying to kill me”... three remotes all with various build issues.

So I finally begged Evolve for the new remote and I have to say I’ve been 95% satisfied. At low acceleration (like taking off from a standstill) my board even with the R2 will give off little surges of power that scared the **** out of me.

I’ve started learning to push once or twice before throttling and that seems to fix it.

The R2 remote is WAAAAAAAAY better than the GT remote! I can’t believe they shipped that remote with $1500 to 2,000 boards. It’s almost criminal how crappy that remote was. They would have been better with a Boosted style remote and no screen. I feel like to add the screen on the GT remote they made huge compromises. My GT remote would not only “surge” it would flat out scream for three seconds and then stop. Or I would throttle and their would be a huge delay.

Get the R2 remote....
