Ankle's not too bad, much better this morning.

After dropping off Aaron it actually got super painful, so I went to the hospital closest to my home. Got there, parked up, hopped over to the entrance and they were closed

They told me to go to the next hospital along, so I hopped back and went to Kingston A&E. Had to get them to wheel me in as I couldn't even hop by that point. They were really great, about a 2 hours wait, but they discharged me at about 2.30am all bandaged up.

Luckily just a pretty rough sprain with a load of torn something or other. Ankle was like a tennis ball when they got the shoe and sock off.

The doctor told me to give up silly extreme sports and they he never wants to see me again
Then sent me home bandaged up with some crutches and said it would be about a month until I'm back to normal.
