Is there a factory reset feature? After pairing with Explorer app The board won't drive anymore

After pairing the Evolve Explorer app on iOS using the PIN 170616 my brand new Carbon GTR will only run in PRO mode. All other modes including SAFE mode doesn't work anymore and won't make the engine run. The engine just makes a silent "click" sound when I press the Accelerator button on the remote. Only in PRO mode the engine will make the board move. I have tried unpairing and turning the remote and the board on/off several times without any luck.

Is there any way to reset the board (and perhaps the remote)? some kind of factory reset feature? Or any other suggestions would be appreciated.
