Possible Motor Controller Blown Bamboo Gt

    Hey, just reinstalled my motors after painting them, labelled plugs so i would know where they all went back, switched on and remote connected and battery cells are good but when i try to spin motors theres nothing,

    Is there a voltage/resistance test i can perform on the motor controller and motors to confirm which one is faulty if any
