Out the box Diablo carbon unbalanced cells

Hey guys just unboxed my board and did a full charge then checked the battery health and realised it was not balanced should this be like this considering its straight out of the box and not even riden yet iv attached a picture of the data provided by the evolve app.

 

0.01V Difference is always and is normal, idk why this number s are red?
New Batteries / Cells and also for the BMS of the Batt. is good to do 10x
a full charge (close) to 100% down to (almost) 0%
