Standard GTX Battery Cells - Where to buy?

Anyone found a source of the standard (10Ah?) prismatic cells from the GTX (and GT?) battery pack? Or any know the actual specs?

I have a badly out of balance pack (one cell charging to max 3.8v), tried balancing the cells individually but the crappy cell won’t take charge and is clearly stuffed.

I don’t want to go upgrade 18650 pack yet, just looking quick cheap fix. Could send the pack back to Evolve but I’d rather save the time it would take to send the pack to them.

Appreciate any info.
