BLINK S

Next week, we’ll start shipping the BLINK S to our US and Canada Indiegogo backers who ordered prior to Dec. 18th. Please make sure you confirm your shipping information and provide a contact phone number to ensure delivery. We’ll finalized the shipping list by midnight Monday, March 6th. If we were unable to confirm your order, we may have to move your order to the next batch of shipment. If you are unsure about the status of your shipment, please contact info@actonglobal.com.



Shipping Schedule for BLINK S Customers in the US and Canada

BLINK S Ordered Estimated Shipping Start
During Indiegogo Campaign
(Before Dec. 18) March 8
During BLINK S Pre-Order
(Between Dec.19 – Feb. 20) March 29 – 31
After Feb. 20 April 20 – 22
All the dates are estimated based on our current production and shipping schedules. We’ll contact you to confirm all shipping information prior to the shipment and you’ll receive a tracking number after the shipment has left our Los Angeles warehouse.

International BLINK S Customers (Orders Prior to February 20)
Shipments to our international customers will start in the third week of March. Depending on your location, the shipment may take 1 – 5 weeks. We’ll follow up with more information once we start processing orders.

Why is My BLINK S Order on Indiegogo Locked?
As we are in the middle of processing all of the Indiegogo Blink S orders, your order status might appear “locked”, and prevent you from making any updates. We’re implementing this to prevent any last minute changes while your boards will already be transit. If you still need change your shipping information, please contact info@actonglobal.com.



BLINK S2
We’ll start shipping the BLINK S2 from our manufacturer by the end of March and start confirming your order information in the upcoming weeks.

International BLINK S2 Customers
Shipping to our international backers will start in the second week of April. Depending on your location, the shipment may take 1 – 5 weeks. We’ll follow up with more information once we start processing orders.



BLINK QU4TRO
Major Breakthrough! This week we have optimized the battery which would significantly improve the hill climbing capability. Now the BLINK QU4TRO can climb a 30% hill with 165 lbs (or 75 kg) load from the previous 145 lbs (65 kg) load benchmark.

The design and development of the BLINK QU4TRO has been exciting and continue to accelerate, we have started the molding process of some new parts but to deliver a superior quality product, we would require extra time. Some new processes may take up to 2-3 months to finish ☹. The current estimated delivery time for the BLINK QU4TRO has moved to June but our entire team is working around the clock to bring QU4TRO to you sooner than later! Stay tuned for our updates and again, one million thanks for all of your support and patience for ACTON! BLINK Together!



ACTON APP
Android App: We are still refining some details for the new update. We now expect it to be released early next week.

iOS App: As mentioned in the previous update, the iOS update has been approved. You can download the latest update here.
