    Hello everyone,

    I have a 3 years carbon board.

Since six month, I have a problem with my board It's like if the battery is not powerfull enough. I test the voltage. It seem to be OK.

I press the trigger the board accelerate.
And the red light goes on. Still accelerate.
Suddenly the red light disappear and the board decelerate.

I'm 70kg, I'm not heavy. They have something that I need to check?

Thanks and sorry for my bad English

This looks similar to issue I had. I would accelerate, my board/remote would switch to safe mode. Then when I stop board shuts off. The issue was that on the power button, the solder joint for one of the wires inside broke. Wire was only maintaining connection by heatshrink. They sent me a new power button. I could of just resoldered the wire.

Open board and try checking all wires to your power button. Make sure none are loose. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. But I don't understand. It's the power button on the board?

Anyway, my board didn't switch off. Just goes in safe mode and after I can accelerate normally a few seconds.

This problem didn't happen when I'm on slow speed. I can ride normally. But slowly.

Here a pic of the power button just in case.
