Repairing my ZBoard

I bought my son the ZBoard Pearl II Board and after 6-8 months it became unstable. What I mean after resetting and troubleshooting it if it’s turned upside down and the pedals are pushed it works. However, when riding it the board it shakes almost immediately and shuts down. I don’t know much about boards but it seems like the weight sensors are malfunctioning. The problem is the ZBoard was never helpful in fact I was only able to contact them once via email. They have absolutely no customer service and it looks like the company already went under. Any suggestions on where I can repair the board?I’m in NY area.
