Remote Bugger

Hi,
First off, im very happy with my evolve skateboard. But! After a couple of day riding, by 600km+, i got an error at my remote. no screen (just back light), and it seems a other error. the remote can connect to the board through bluetooth, but i cant received commands by the triggers.

after a very small impact at a supermarked, it turned to black. but the trigger still take action. after a short period of time, it seemd its working again - so the display woke up a short moment. i had in mind to the turn of the deadman, so i thought its purhaps related to this deadman function. so, i turned it off. but then. the next day, the same, no display , and no functions at the triggers.

the impact, couldnt cause its damage. its like a key is tangling to a wall. there was no power behind.

anyone got an idea?
