battery issue with a new bamboo gtx

I got my bamboo in november of 2019, hasnt been ridden much, charged 3x. I'm a new rider and I dont have protective equip so I've not managed to get on it, weather is nice and stuff.. anyway on to my issue, got curious and checked the battery, got a maintain batt message, went into the cell diagnostic screen and it listed all 10 cells as 3950 except one. that was 3650., so charged the battery for over 10 hours after it had turned green, they were all 4100 except that one cell still 36xx

its not been a year since I bought it, do I need to send it back? can I do something myself? my fancy charger for my airplanes wont handle 10 cell packs it only does up to 8. please help!
