Shaking rear wheels in high speed

Maybe somebody knows what to do when the rear wheels are really shaking hard in high speed?
I have the same problem with my bamboo board in high speed.
Tightening everything is not really helpfull.

I have it to but not real bad. My thought is that they need to be balanced.

 

Yes you are right. I just balanced the wheels which really helped!

Watch a change in terrain. Take it slow then. Slowly move weight towards front foot.
