Excellent Evolve Australia customer service

    I've recently had two customer service interactions with Evolve and they've both been amazing.

    1. My remote was experiencing intermittent dropouts. I emailed them and they quickly sent me a replacement. I didn't have to pay for shipping for either the new one or the one I sent back to them.

    2. Some might be aware of the harmonic resonance vibrations of the GT motors at around 11-14km/h. I first experienced this when the board had done about 50km. I sent them an email about it and they said it's a characteristic of the motors. However over time the noise has been getting worse and I think the vibrations are damaging the motor bearings and components. I sent them an email about it and once again they have offered to replace them. No fuss.
    Evolve Australia's customer service is awesome.

    MY boards motor has stopped working for the second time, and evolves fix for this.. to fix it how they fixed the first one.
    They won't send me a motor until I send them the whole thing back for the second time.

    I'm glad you got lucky with customer service but it seems they only fix things easily when it's cheap for them to do so.

    I'm also getting replies from two different staff members who are telling me opposing things. Not happy Jan
