yeah, but that's look realy nice, you'll get a lot of looks from the other people. Can you show a pic how you connected the trailer to the board? And maybe a video going over the grass or something? And I suggest to give you child a helmet.

Ha! You're welcome! That was a fun day, very comical ending! So, here's a more detailed description... One of these trikes from Halfords, and just take off the front wheel: Schwinn Roadster Trike - 12" Cream Some M6 bolts: Easyfix Roofing Bolts Bright Zinc-Plated M6 x 100mm 10 Pack 20mm heavy gauge conduit pipe. Tower Conduit Heavy Gauge 20mm x 2m Length Black Bendy MDF: Bendy MDF Board (Th)6mm (W)607mm (L)1220mm 1 | Departments | DIY at B&Q So... Very simply, the conduit pipe is just cut down, and fits very tight to the top of the wheel whatsit! With some holes drilled into the pipe, a bolt goes through the spokes and the pipe, and then the pipe connects by slotting in the gap through the drop through, behind the truck baseplate. I use the rubber from an old inner tube just to get it sitting a bit tighter in the space. The handlebars are loosened so don't turn anything, they're just something to hold on to, and of course to attach the horn to! On our first outing, my daughter's feet were kicking the wheels and dragging on the ground, so I added some bendy MDF as a deck, this sits on another bolt through the pipe, and this MDF runs to the back of the trike and through the back deck bolts already on the trike. The MDF has grooves cut into it which make it bendy, and this also makes for a bit of extra foot grip too I suppose. I cut it with a jigsaw to round the front corners, and to fit underneath and through the back structure of the trike frame. The wheels on the trike aren't great, no bearings, and were initially very tight, didn't free spin at all well, and made it harder to pull. Seems Halfords wanted to give these toddlers some resistance exercise! I've loosened the wheel bolts and it's ok'ish now. Bearings would be better, but it's not as if we're hitting top speed or exhausting the battery yet so I'm not too fussed about improving that. My daughter is only just 2, going over grass is a bit bumpy and she doesn't like it at all, much prefers the smooth path around Norman Park! {} {} {} {} {} {}
