I have had it for one year this is the start of my second season with this board and i can barely get 4km distance from with the AT wheels on. Do I really have to replace the battery already is there something I can do.. ?

Batteries tires. Not much else you can do unfortunately. AT setup eats a lot of juice.

    check belt tension, tyre pressure.
if the battery was left flat its likely dead now, they deteriorate pretty fast especially with a bit of use.
best option is to get a new 18650 sony30q battery pack made localy 10s4p or 10s5p
if you don't ride hard and prefer distance you can get a different cell that has more power but lower Amp out put.
you can get them made and shipped from china on the slow boat.

I've had my CGT for a year 30 something days. I ride it in GT mode 98% of the time with hard accelerations and almost never any push offs. I was about 240 when i got the board but I'm up to about 260 now (started working out again) but even still I get about 5-6 miles before the ECO monster comes. something may be up with that pack......

You can put in a 10s5p with the bms sitting on the controller circuit.
The mc will need a spacer to lower it down.

How about a 10s 4p for a bamboo gt where does the bms have to go?
    I'd get a 3d print spacer..

A good 18650 pack should solve the issue for a long time, the original battery cannot supply enough power to the mc without killing itself slowly.
So when you put it on GT and climb a hill you are killing the battery. With a good 18650 pack you can give more amps the mc can use so you don't kill the battery that fast.
