I have been charging the remote but it doesn't turn on beyond a short screen with the evolve logo. Any ideas what I could do? The remote lights up blue when I plug it in? That means full right? I haven't had the chance to ride my board yet.

Try a hard reset. Unscrew the 4 screws on remote. Flip over the circuit board unplug the battery and plug it back in again. Good luck :beers:

guessing its a bad battery in the remote - not sure where you are but EvolveUSA sends replacements pretty quickly with return shipping (nice) - pleased with any service interaction I've had with them

Pazekalle - would you pls mind taking your remote apart again and getting a close clear picture of the nRF24L01 chip on the radio board on the bottom left of the remote looking from the front side with screen with it held in your hand the way you would when riding it ? (since you have already carefully opened it)

I've posted a screen cap from your video for what I'm looking for - to help identify the actual nRF24L01 chip they are using (it's potential source to see if it's a clone or original by Nordic Semiconductor) - to help with some drop out issues a bunch of us have experienced.

No worries if you don't want to or have already sent it back etc - but it would be a great help - thanks

Here's a pic with the area I'm interested in. (the red arrow point's to the actual radio chip on the YJ-13039 radio transceiver. (there is one in the remote and another in the board)
