Issues Battery GTR

    Hey guys , tried to find information on my own but I came up dry .
    Has anyone had an issue with charging the Bamboo ( or Carbon ) GTR battery?
    The light on the charging adapter stays green ( indicating a full charge ) instead of turning red and charging.
    Board still works perfectly fine , but not getting any increase in battery

    3 days ago I connected the board 100% charged, after my trip I returned home with 25% battery left, then I plug it but don't charge the board either the charger change the color to red
