Drive gear pins keep breaking

Hello all,
I bought recently a second hand Carbon gen 1 or 2 with street wheels, I am not sure, for my kid. The issue I have with it is that is keep breaking the drive gear. First I though that the kid is doing something but I think there is a issue with the longoboard.
Also, because we live in Romania and the streets are not very flat, for more fun I would like a conversion kit for all terrain, from where can I buy one, even a used one would be nice.
Please tell me what could e the problem with the drive gear and if you have I would love to have a manual for maintenance and repair, where I could find one.

That gear looks to be 3D printed. I have an Evolve GT and have not had this issue. You might want to get authentic one’s from Evolve Skateboards.
