Stranded and R2 is stuck in safe mode

new board and started having some connection loss issues on a ride today. The remote lost connection and I could get The controller out of safe mode when I paired it.. The controller seems to be paired but stuck in safe mode. For awhile I couldn’t shut the remote off. So annoying.

 

I would send an email to Evolve support. From what I've found out, any electronic issues will put the board on limp mode (Safe mode).

 

Evolve sent me a new remote. They weren’t able to recalibrate my old remote... great customer service.
