Unable to connect remote to board

My connection between board and remote suddenly stopped working. I tried 2 remotes so it seems to be an issue with the board. Anyone have an idea what the problem might be?

 

Hey man, I am having the same problem! Troubleshooting now through email, but seem to be treading water at this point.. Any fixes for you yet?!?!

Really need this thing back up and running asap.

I have my board over at Evolve for repairs. I let you know what they did.

I received email from Evolve.

"We repaired the following parts:

• New RC cable installed
• New el. board installed
• New spacers (Spacer in the drive wheel were missing)
• Testride àOK"

 

For sure man. Total Cost for repairs and shipping??

Shipping mine in today or tomorrow.
