Survey of GT owners

Interesting idea, might be worth having a text box for additional comments at the bottom.

I would definitely take the results with a pinch of salt though. There are a few disgruntled users out there who go out of their way to slander the company. Without any kind of way of checking that each submission is from a verified owner, it would be quite easy for one user to submit lots of negative (or positive) submissions to skew the results.

I would have responded, but I'm a pre-GT Carbon owner, so I'll respond here.

I did initially have a remote issue. But after swapping it out no questions asked it's been spot on since.

1. Do you own a Carbon GT or a Bamboo GT or both?
Pre-GT Carbon

2. How satisfied are you with your GT board in general?
0 - Not at all 100 - Extremely

80 - Would probably be higher, but the GT came out so soon after I bought mine

3. How to you rate the Quality of the board in terms of materials and construction?
0 - Chinese Crap 100 - Solid and Unbreakable

80 - Deck itself and all related parts have been spot on. I lost a lot of screws though, would have liked more locktite on the battery cover out of the box. Remote could do with being a bit more sturdy though, trigger cover, and other assorted electrical improvements to improve reliability.

4. Is it good value for money?
0 - Poor 100 - Excellent

70 - They're very expensive, but if you get good use out of them you can get a good return on your investment for fun as a hobby for sure.

5. How many unwanted problems problems have you experienced with your board that needed Evolve technical support?
0 - None 100

1 - Just the initial remote issues, which was fixed straight away

6. Are you happy with the Evolve Customer Service?
0 - I have been treated Poorly 100 - They couldn't have been better to me

100 - Evolve UK have been spot on and incredibly responsive.
