Hi, New MetroBoard Guy from Atlanta...

Hola!

After having so much fun on a BenchWheel last summer, I finally decided I liked electric skateboarding so much, I was ready to upgrade to a better board. As much as I contemplated Evolve, in the end I went all out and got the MetroBoard dual drive with all the bells and whistles, along with their new 35 mile battery (realistically, I'll get around 17-20 due to my weight and topography). In a way, it was my only option. I'm about 6' 0" 270lbs and surrounded by hills and valleys. The BenchWheel was 3.6K watts peak, and that barely got me up the hills in my neighborhood. The 6K dual drive MetroBoard simply rockets me up all the hills, and it's just a wicked thrill carving uphill while accelerating!

So, here I am, looking forward to meeting some peeps and reading more about e-skating...
