    Hey guys! new here.

I received my new CGT yesterday and it already failed to change gears and stuck in "Slow mode".
This board has the latest battery update and remote.

I tried the remote reset procedure several times with no luck. The board itself is able to accelerate and stop with no issue.
The remote is also having "Battery Error!" and is unable to read the battery diagnostic.

Update: Upon further research, I believe the issue comes down to the UART / Board itself.
I'm holding off opening the case until I call service tomorrow.

    Given:
    "Battery Error!" Code
Gear stays on "Slow Mode" per safety protocol.

I'm curious if my board was tested for QC, bc there's no way they could have missed this. Bummer for a brand new board.

    Update:
Evolve US finally responded back and ask to check the UART pin.

The pin looks connected, however, it is a little loose. I notice that the battery also shifted towards the BMS and perhaps crushing or damaging the connector. The battery does not have any double sided tape to secure it from shifting. Waiting for them to send my information on how to ship this new unit back for repair.

Finally got my board back! Took about 2 weeks from MI to CA. The board was repaired and shipped on the same day.
Everything seems to work. Will inspect in a bit.

I'm just being picky now haha, but why couldn't they ship it on the same box I sent. The original box.
