Gtr mode

I’ve not long got a gtr and gtr mode won’t work from a standing start . It tries to accelerate but immediately cuts out and if I try it a second time it loses pairing with the board and I have to turn board and remote off and restart then just ride in pro. I would like to fix if I can as sending back to shop will take a while and it’s my mode of transport right now , can anyone help .. thanks

Could try resetting your trigger settings on your controller. Long shot but might help.
