    Hi

I was wondering if anyone can help. I have a Bamboo GT, the battery wont last long and the blue light continuously flashes. Has anyone experienced this before?

    And help/feedback is appreciated.

    Thanks
    Chris

That's normal behavior. Both the flashing blue light, and the poorly performing stock battery. The power switch flashes blue whenever the board is on. The stock batteries are notoriously poor. Thats why so many users look to aftermarket replacement. Did you just buy the board used? Search other posts for how to check the individual cell voltages of the battery. That will be your first clue for whether you should pursue a replacement battery. Expect to drop another $400 - $600 for a replacement, upgraded, aftermarket battery, dependent upon what type of cells you want, and in what configuration, 10s4p or 5p. Good luck!

Chris when you say it won't last long, how long specifically? What's your weight, what type of terrain are you riding and what wheels/gearing are you using? I can run the GT battery down in a few miles on the AT's if I ride hard, or I can smooth things out, run street wheels and get up to 15 miles.
