Tutorial for unmounting an cleaning Evolve GTR Bamboo wheels and motors

Hello there for my first ride on my new Bamboo Gtr , I spent time on my local ski resort slopes. I now have pretty dirty belt and motors (grass and mud stuck in the belts for exemple) I would like to unmount everything in order to clean it , but I cannot find a proper tutorial to do that and I could not find by myself how to untight the belt.

Do you know where I could find that ?

I don't unmount anything when I clean my board. I take the wheels off and give everything a good wipe down when I change bearings but if this is your first ride you can just wipe everything down with a damp towel / rag. Here is the video on changing the wheels which should give you everything you need. Once you have done this a couple of times you will find you don't even need to loosen the tension on the belt if you just spin the wheel when putting back on. Also if you have the belt guards on and plan on doing mostly AT off-road rides I would take them off. You just get sticks and small rocks caught in them which do more harm then good with them on. I get why Evolve put them on from a legal safety issue but after you pull a few items out of them you may feel they aren't really of much help too. Hope this helps and enjoy.
