So I've had my hadean board a few days now and yesterday went for a 20km ride with a mate. Towards the end of the ride the back left wheel, belt or motor seems to grabbing intermittently, enough to give small jolts while riding, i thought i might of been bumping the brake, but it has also happened while my thumb is no where near the brake.

Any suggestions why this is happening or to look for to fix this issue?

I have the same issue with then Evolve hadean have had it 4 3weeks now and it also hat one motor complete shutting off neither brake ore throtle worked, powered it down and the motor turned back on but the one motor was still grabbing going over little rocks and cracks.

I got it the most over rough surfaces and seals in pavement, the motor plugs dont seat in the clamps properly so i ended up pulling them apart and then plugging them back in, then holding them in place with zip ties.

This has all but resolved the issue, i still get the very rare motor tugg,

i aslo had that but I don't think the problem comes from that I unplugged them too, back in the both motors were back on and running but the tugging was still there
anyway ill give my board to evolve in Düsseldorf so theyll look over it

I have a Carbon Hadean and mine is doing something similar. I have noticed a few different things:
The tugging can happen on acceleration, coast or even while breaking. Over cracks in pavement is very common, as is while braking or decelerating. Interestingly and luckily, it has never happened while under full power. Only once has the board cut out on both motors on full acceleration. Usually only one motor cuts out and will stay not working until I turn the board off and on.

My board will tug or slide to the RH side most times, only rarely has it pulled to the left.

    so I got it back
I had some other issues they worked on and after fixing that they didn't have that tugging anymore so they changed the gearing because is was to short sticking out the wheel it rubbed un the wheel and un the belt guard but they did that and I don't have any tugs since that

I have ridden mine about 65km now and not one tug, no lagginess, no jerky acceleration, no wheel locking, no motor cutting out, nothing. This is since the new motor and the repairs to the other motor. I'm not sure what they have done but the motor also seems quieter now, it sounds more like the board did when it was new.

I must say I am so appreciative that Evolve actually took this seriously and so far touch wood resolved the issues I was having.

How many KM have you done since the repair?

Mine was obviously faulty each time I got it back from all of the prior repairs, it was 'bumpy' when riding on a smooth path, just before it would lock up. Mine has been fine so far though touch wood, I think I have done about 200km now.

    Keep us updated!

ive ridden about 20 - 30 km since repair
and it lockt up about 5 times and the left motor shut off once
they've asked me to take a video of me carving since the motor is likely to shut of during sliding wile the board vibrates over the ground might just be a faulty cable but still I payed premium I expect premium, I don't want to be that guy
but its 2150 bucks, thats to much 4 a faluty board!

ps: I love this comunity, and that I have a place to release my frustration XD
