Disappointed, new board motor bad

November I left home in my sailboat to cruise the Caribbean. I bought a folding bike to ride around when I went to shore but after peddling miles and miles I had enough and started looking at boosted boards then seen the bamboo and loved the range so I sold my bike and ordered the board about a month ago. The board came in and I had my brother test the board out to make sure it was going to run and it did. He may of rode it 30mins total.
So after over a month he bringings the board over and we start it up and only one wheel is working. I switched the wires, power and hall wires and still the same motor isn't working. I can't begin to stress how disappointed I am. After weeks of waiting I have a broken board.

Anyone have any ideas??
Please help..

 

I sent a message but it's the weekend so I don't expect to get a reply until Monday.
I just hope they will ship it to Marsh Harbor in the Bahamas.
