Top Mounts For GoPro ETC

Anyone got a clue on what the mounts are that go onto the trucks of the board but on the top?

I've had a look all over e-bay and can't find em.

 

Quick swing through google with 'skateboard gopro mount' showed a lot of riser mounts. You could just put a riser on the top where it didn't do any rising, right? I've got a ram mount on top of my bamboo, but, it wouldn't pan out on the carbon since I had to drill one extra hole. There are some other ram mounts that only have one hole that would work too, but they might rotate around.
