New Battery, won’t turn on or charge

Hi, I just finished my 10s4p build. Wired everything and the board won’t turn on, switch doesn’t blink blue. If I attach the charger, the led stays green.

Checked the voltage to the BMS (checked at B- on the BMS board): 36V
If I look at P- at the BMS the voltage reads 30.98V

Don’t know how to troubleshoot the problem ... Should I check the balance cables going from the BMS to my pack?

Shame on me! One balance cable was bad ... All good now!
