Well, the GTX arrived yesterday, charged it up and went out tonight - OMG!!!! Am in love....
Really chuffed with it soon far.
Can someone just confirm for me that when the GTX comes with the AT tyres, the remote setting should be set to 175 66T. I'm pretty sure that's right but can't see anywhere on the board where it states the gearing etc. The remote came and was set on 80 32T.
    Thanks
    Phil

80/32t is the default setting for the remote, so any new or reset remote will fall back to that setting.

175/66 is the correct setting for the AT setup.

Welcome to the world of Evolve! It's my second biggest obsession now and I've ridden every day possible since I got my first one.

Ah cool, that's what I've set it to now. I'm really chuffed with it so far. Looking forward to the weekend and getting out on the Tarmac Trail in North Devon. Problem is now my partner wants one too.

my wife and i both have the AT tires and have been riding for the last few weeks.
I have never even bothered to check this setting.
what would the difference in gearing do? faster? slower? damage?

It has not effect on the actual board - it's the remote setting which will give you the correct speed and distance readings.

Has your wife also got the GTX? - My partner would really like one but I just don't think I can afford another .
