    hi all.
i own a carbon GT,not using it as much as i'd like, but ...anyways, i had a serious reduction in distance few months ago, sent battery balance readouts to evolve tech and they said one cell was faulty and needs to be checked.
the battery was even under warranty then.
unfortunatly, i live in israel and batteries cant be sent easily from here, nor boards, and no official service.
i went to a battery lab, which already replaced a battery on another board (not mine) succesfully, it was replaced and worked fine for few days, then by bad mistake, the motors got bit wet from rain (dono if thats the prob) and now, the board want turn on (no blue light) and there is a squick sound and a small "kick" from the wheel (motor) but nothing else.
i add a short movie to demonstrate.listen with sound
how to proceed? battery seems balanced.
are the motors short cutting? it seeems (the battery tech guy told me now) the board turns on when the motors are not connected.

    any ideas?
ofcourse its not optimal and i wish i could fix my battery under warranty in evolve workshop, but cant be done technically

how can i test the motors? how to locate the prob.

    thx in advance.

I would unplug the motors out of the esc and see if the power button lights on again.

Then try plugging one motor in to see what happens.

    HI, Thx for the reply.
As I said, the light comes on when motors are disconnected
So, u r suggesting to check one engine at a time.
If one short cuts and the other not, is it possible to fix the motor? Any idea?
Will try it tomorrow, my technician is not working Saturdays.
    Thx again

    Hi
Yes unplug the motors (engines) and try one at a time back into the esc.
if it is a motor, you should find which one is faulty.
Worth trying one motor on both ports/slots of the esc.

Don’t think you can fix a motor if broken, would have to replace the motor with a new one.

    cheers
