Evolve Bamboo gt one motor has brakes but won’t go forward

ANyone knownwhat the issue could be brakes work but does not go forward

 

Might be a mechanical issue. Did you reach out to Evolve yet?

 

Not yet they usually replay with send it i and we will take a look at it $ per hour

 

Have you checked YouTube or the internet for trouble shooting yet?

 

Yeah nothing yet I could find just trying to see if I have to replace the motor
