New tyres and belt positioning issue

Hey all, I need advice on my new tires. I am not entirely sure if I did it correct installation and I am too afraid to ride and test it. I took some pictures and video, It might be hard to tell but if you can have a look and let me know, it would be amazing. I gotta feeling belt positioning is not correct.

 

From the images it is hard to tell how tight the belts are. Evolve recommends 5-10mm of deflection. I just apply pressure on the belt with a finger ~1/2 way between the the motor and drive gears. Too tight, too much load on the drive, electrical system. Check out their How-To section at Evolve or their YTube channel.
