Just came across this from Thích N. C. in Vietnam

He built this from scratch in two months!

Looks like it would be pretty heavy ?

It sure looks that way, but if it's aluminium and just a bulky frame, it may look deceptively heavy but be much lighter in practice.

The Carbon GT with AT is over 10kg, so not featherlight itself.

Very cool, but I doubt it rides well. And I'd bet it weighs at least 40lbs. Never the less, he wins on anything worth doing is worth over doing.

Hub motors and active suspension. Work of art. He has access to CNC and industrial waterjet cutting. Only issue I see is that lexan on the bottom is going to be toast in 15 minutes of riding. Will those rubber tires deform and bend the hubless motors? Why mount those huge relays outboard in back? Still just when you think your good at hacking someone comes along and proves your worthless....I would like to meet the guy. -Ken

ps: I have an aluminum Eglilde. Too heavy for me to carry and i'm not a girly man. :)
