I'm planning to pickup the serfas too...

Amazon has a decent prices right now (front USD 29.87, rear USD 22.95) not sure in a months time, or perhaps they ship to UK too. Keep a lookout for that.

    Hello all
The Serfas lights are looking really cool. But the light beam goes not so far as I wish.
I am looking for a headlight which illuminate the street for about 20m like they do on bicycles.
    Any ideas?

Something with a decent lumen rating I imagine?

I use a GoPro diving light on my helmet so I can see further than the Thunderbolts light beam.

$3 (AU) off ebay from china lol. Won't be enough to light up the path ahead of you but more than enough to be easily seen.

    Not bad for £3.

Could you clip them to the edge of your board to have some side lights Simon Foster?

Afraid they aren't suitable to clip to side of a board. They have those rubber o rings that act like an elastic band so you can mount either vertically or horizontally. I kind of figure they are so cheap if they break or drop off it isn't a big deal.
