Help needed, Bluetooth issues

Hey

ok so , I’ve been riding a month , not a lot , taking care to learn the craft
So , week back , went to set off , smooth on the trigger, but the board bolted forward for a second , and I dropped the remote.
Killed it

so bought a new r2 , from evolve. And it will not connect . Done all the trigger resets stuff . Still same
Can’t get access to the screen to try rolling back the software version .

so had a go with the evolve app, but that’s won’t connect to the board or the r2.

I got the board as last in stock for £1000 from skate hut. Saw it as a bargain over spending £1600 on a gtr, so it’s basically brand new

Obviously going to contact evolve , but as I like forum lurking , I thought I’d join your happy bunch ✌
