Cruiseing on eco then bang thrown of board split my head open

Was cruiseing on eco then bang thrown of board and split my head open looked at remote and it had went into reverse on its own im now up for a new remote too becuase trigger broke of im not happy considering iv had the board for not even 2 weeks and iv had to call up once becuase remote was stuck on white screen i fixed that then the other morning woke up to go to work and board wouldnt turn on had to spend the day racing to gold coast to get fixed before xmas holidays now im dealing with having to fork out another $120 for a new remote that im hopeing they sell at carindale evolve shop tommorow as evolve on gold coast is nearly 2hrs away

Watever top speed is in eco yeah it wasnt pretty im going to b extra careful from now on but im really pissed about having to buy a new remote thats wats doing my head in

Sorry about your head and the broken trigger. This is the first time I've heard of a new remote (2 wks old) going spontaneously into REVERSE. Did you have gloves on? Might have been an unintentional input. What do you think?

 

Look im not exactly sure to be honest the thing is i was going on a straight for sometime and pretty fast theres no way i would have been pushing buttons

 

Two issues in two weeks sounds like a faulty remote man, I can't see why you'd have to pay for a new one. See if you can get a free swap!

Well yeah its the only thing i can think of happening i wasnt pushing buttons that i can remember why would i i was happy on eco then next seconds my face was hitting the pavement its the brand new gt so im guessing its the updated firmware.

Yeah bro very lucky i was becuase the helmet has a big grind mark in it id definitly b in hospital otherwise

 

Guys, this same exact thing happened to me today. Riding in ECO mode and the board decided to jump into reverse on its own!!! I had the throttle in acceleration mode and was moving forward at 7-9mph, then it chattered up and locked up which is an indication of reverse being engaged.

Board braked / jumped into reverse on its own in ECO mode

I think what he is trying to say is that your topic could be missleading since you were wearing a helmet and your head seems to be fine.

 

Yeah i was wearing a helmet and no mate my head was far from fine i had a split above my wright eye and the wright side of my face was left on the pathway wat do people think we just make crap up for the fun of it yep ok
