What helmet do you wear?!

    I've seen one or two commute vids where someone has worn a motocross helmet. Doesn't look too far removed from the Ruroc style full face ones, just a more pronounced jaw shield.

    I use a Alien Workshop Skate and BMX helmet. It is one of the few I can find that fit my big head. I'm trying to find a light weight one in Fluro orange so I stand out better than wearing a black helmet.

    would recommend sticking with a mountain or BMX full face as they generally lighter, bit smaller in construction and have better flow. i tried a couple of MX helmets, preferred the down hill helmet personally.

    Dear Santa,

    For Christmas, please can I have one of those fancy Ruroc helmets that all the cool riders have?

    I've been sort of alright this year, maybe even close to good.

    If you get me one, I'll try to be extra good next year, but I can't promise anything as in reality I'd be much more likely to get up to mischief with my identity hidden behind a bad ass Ruroc helmet.

    I'll leave lots of extra cookies, and milk, and whisky, and beer, and tequila for you by the fireplace.
