Phaze remote calibrate fails

Hi,

my Phaze remote shut down when I calibrate it.

I turn it on -> Calibrate engage accerelator 3 times -> Then Phaze remote shut down.

Any ideas what can I do to make it work properly. All this means that I can't skate.

I'm from Finland, if someone selling Phaze remote I can buy it.

 

try connecting your phone maybe a update could help and u could try resetting it completely


do u have other Hadean Problems? like me with hadean bamboo?
motor tugging,
motor shutting off,
the deck stretching the ground with my 78kilos (97mm)
my bamboo gt did not do that I have my hadean close to a month now its battery case is completely fuckd up

odd problems to have for a board that expensive

 

Thanks for advice, I haven't try that out. I try out that update remote, didn't work.

Evolve app find my Hadean carbon, so maybe this problem is remote only.

That deck stretching, are you try to make that bamboo board stronger, adding some extra material under board. And maybe just stand over trucks all the time.

mabe give them a call sometimes the have a smart idea the service is what u paid 4 anyways
they help u and if they can't fix it theyll give u a new one if ur is not scracht up

Hardining it is what im thinking about too but how can they not have noticed this its such a major flaw I don't get it its 2000 bucks right

 

Yes, I call today Evolve Shop and now they send me new Phaze remote.

 

evolve is quite nice when it comes to stuff like that have a good ride man!

problem solved, Phaze remote was broken. I get yesterday new remote, now I can skate like before, yes.
