I want to get these wheels for my Carbon GT, but wanted to know if I need anything else like belts etc. from Evolve to make these work or can I use the ones that came with the stock street wheels? Also if anyone has a link to a cheaper price other than Evolves site that would be great!

Also I assume these wheels will enable longer and faster rides than the AT or stock street wheels so worth the upgrade?

All of the belts/gears should be the same as the Evolve street wheels. You may need to get some new bearings with the wheels. I've seen them online for a little cheaper than they are on the Evolve site, but I think a lot of places are sold out right now (let me know if you find a good place).

As for performance, the range should be about the same as the stock wheels and this will raise your top speed a little but the acceleration could be slower.

    Hi,

The bearings for the Abec 97's are the same size as the Evolve street wheels and AT wheels so no need to buy separate ones. The Abec 97's give a higher top speed by 2 to 3 mph and the difference in acceleration is too slight to notice. The drive gears / belts from the standard street setup are used so no need to replace. They do roll over cracks in the pavement nicely and are seem to grip well. I would try and find them in 75a rating if you can altho these seem to be in short supply everywhere so you'll more likely find them in 78a rating.
