    Hi ,
i post this thread cause my bamboo GTX makes me crazy ...
during my last ride , the R2 remote just dropped the bluetooth connection of my board , and there was no fu..g way to pair it back

i tried everything , power up board first , Remote first , remote searching mode ( 2 sec one the first button) , recharge R2 at maximum . even re-initialise the throttle configuration

the worst part is : my old R1 is actually pairing well but i hate it !

is there a way to hard reset the R2 remote ? or maybe Reset the pairing buffer inside the board ?

    Dunno what to do here
thanks a lot for your help
    Cya

    Flagadajones,

Not sure if this will help or not but have you checked the protocol just in case it somehow got switched? Here is a link that may be helpful for checking. I think there may also be a video on this somewhere too but at least this is a start.
    Hidden remote menu: Protocol V1/V2

    Take Care

Open the board, remove the battery check and clean all connections and reassemble.
I needed to resolder a couple of wires/connectors a few weeks after buying it because whey got loose somehow.

Be prepared, the battery does sometimes try to bite you when connecting it to the controller.. if it happens don't be too scared. :)
