Damn, that would be a shame if this is the case. I'd hate to drop $60 on belts.

Has anyone actually measured the stock belts new to see what the true size is?

I presume Scott M did indeed measure the old ones (hopefully when new) to get the spec.

    Street:
    245 5m 15 HTD

The 245 number in the belt part number posted is the length of the belt, I believe in mm, if it was laid out in one piece.

ElectricWave could measure the new ones he has and see what they come out to, should also be printed on the belt but check to ensure all is good there.

    Tools:
Identify a Timing Belt - Timing Belt Replacement | B&B Manufacturing
Timing Belt Calculator - Belt Length Calculator | B&B Manufacturing

The teeth are 5mm apart so you can count the teeth and times it by 5 to get the belt length.

I saw a lot of GT talk, but missed anything gen2 related... Did anyone happen to know the length of the gen2 belts, especially for AT?

I just bought from eBay a 360 5m 15 HTD for my bamboo gt AT and it seems to be pretty loose with the motors all the way back. Any thoughts? Might the product be defective?

This is the difference in belts first is the original which started skipping and the second is the new one

Same happens with mine. The knock off belts are a little bigger but works just fine.

360 length is too long to be sure

I figured out my issue - the D&D belts I bought from amazon 360-5M15 when I measure them they are 370 MM long. Going to send back and get a different brand of the same size

What about for the 47 tooth all terrain gear? What is the diameter?

    360-5M-15 Synchronous Timing Belt

That link is for the standard AT size belt. but you can change that first number from 360 to any other circumference listed above.

This site has ANY belt that you need. Very cheap and good shipping inside of US. I just ordered belts for the 47T All Terrain Gear. The optional gear from Evolve. I can get replacement belts for the ones I have. Also, in case anyone has ordered the 47T gear and is looking to get a cheaper belt, Evolve themselves helped me with the size.

"The circumference of the belt is 290mm and that makes the diameter roughly 92mm"

My belts are coming soon. If they don't work perfectly I'll follow up. Otherwise you can assume that I'm super happy with them! :)

I'll also probably be getting the optional street gear at some point. When I do I'll post whatever that belt circumference is for anyone interested.

  17. Did the 290mm belt work for the 47T gears?
