ugh! It’s been a frustrating road the past couple weeks. Purchased my board two weeks ago, started experiencing issues early on like remote cut out, AT wheels wobbling, 107mm wheels tore up on first ride but was told it’s my fault. I no where near being comfortable pushing this board to the point of making my wheels fall apart like they did but they want me to pay them 80 to replace them after paying 160 for them.

Notice motor plate bent but didn’t think nothing of it (road it 3 times) but took a closer look and it’s cracked completely through. I’m 5’9 177...

Not sure how to approach this with them.. but what does the warranty cover when I’m experiencing issues my first week?

Well I'm expecting delivery of my GTX today and I can assure you of I experience what you have at £1600, I will demanding my money back or replacement items straight away and I certainly wouldn't be paying for replacements that's for sure.

In all fairness they replaced my remote with R2 and they’ve been responsive. That was the only thing they covered so far, everything else I’ve had to come out of pocket. Just do a thorough look through if your GTX, report issues as soon as you have them.

Also, if you can get extra parts like belts, gears, wheels, washers, spacers.

Ah OK, well hopefully you won't have any further issues. It's the one thing I was really nervous about is spending this amount of money, which no matter how hard intry, I simply struggle to justify it to myself and then end up having loads of issues. I'm sure that won't happen though. Enjoy!!!

I received my new motor plates yesterday, got them put on and of course really happy to be back riding. I leave out to get dinner about 2 miles away from home, on my way back my board just shuts off and now it won’t turn back on. I road the bike path there and back, was a smooth ride. I’ve literally only been able to ride this darn thing 4-5 times and I’m having nothing but problems. I started a post about it yesterday and woke up to see my post was deleted. This is so freaking frustrating...

Have you contacted Evolve? and explained it to them. Why on earth would the post be deleted?. I feel for you, but I've had a few teething issues since mine arrived last week but Evolve UK have been great and got me sorted over the phone so at the moment I can't praise them enough.
    Hope you get it sorted.

I’ve reached out to them but no response yet. I’m sure they’ll respond because they’re always responsive it’s the service i worry about. support from EvolveUSA hasn’t been supportive much. I feel this boiling feeling growing but I’m really wanting to be calm and just get some support. I just can’t believe after everything that’s happened over the past 3 1/2 weeks, not being able to ride it much, I get my motor plates and this happened. Even though this is a much more diverse machine over boosted board I purchased the new boosted stealth because everyone keeps saying how great boostedboard service is.

I broke my motor plate too.

First it bent somehow. Just a little bend, enough to make the belt rub.
So i straightened it with a rubber mallet.
The next day it broke in half while riding.

They are made of weak aluminum.

EvolveUSA has my board for a week, emailed them 3 times to get status update but no response. Guess I’ll follow up mid week next week.

I received my board back after EvolceUSA scammed me out of my money. There’s been absolutely no darn rain and I haven’t ridden my board through any significant amount of water to cause water damage but some how they claimed there was water damage to my darn board.

I road this darn board 5 times over the past 5 weeks I’ve had it. I know without a doubt they sent me a refurbished board claiming this darn thing was new. NOTHING but problems since I got it and of course I didn’t take any pictures of the battery compartment when I first got it. Hate this freaking company for how they did me...

    Ugh! Never again
