Battery problem

I have a Carbon GT, about 2 yrs old. Was about 20 mins into a ride today, when I lost power. The red light on my remote had come on. I turned remote off, then on but still red light on. I looked at my board and there was no indicator light on for the battery. I have had it recharging for about an hr and just unplugged it, but still can't get battery light to come on. Has anyone had this problem and what can I do to fix it?

 

Check your wiring connections on the board. I had a couple of wires on mine that broke off and I had to solder them back on (couple of wires that attaches to the power button.
