The first time i rode my brand new Bamboo GT, the motor fell off the back of the board. This freaked me out because i was braking while coming to an intersection. Because the motor fell of this way it damaged the belt. I decided to return the board for a full refund. They are charging me 120$ to restock my board (including the belt that was damaged because of their faulty craftsmanship). The board is still in new/undamaged condition. I rode the board twice in total. Unreliable and dangerous product, buyer beware!

Jesus! That sounds horrendous. Was not expecting to hear they didn’t come to the party with good customer service and straight up offer free return etc. I wonder how many others have similar stories?!

  4. Actually my experience with then is better then great, I have some small issues that prompt solved with more than needed! I’ve hearing the same from others!

Common sense say check nuts and bolts before every ride.... especially new!!
I've never trust the assembly line worker!! Locktite nuts/bolts and you're on your way to fun times!!!
Take a little responsibility for your lack of action!!
    Just saying.
    Happy carving!!!

They're charging you when a motor fell off while you were riding? That's a bold move.

  7. Evolve has some ******** policies. They charge YOU every time their board has an issue to ship it back.

It’s soooo stupid. In fairness they have name store credit in return. But I was super pissed
