PLEASE HELP Turn off auto eco mode?

Hi everybody, new to the evolve family and I absolutely love the board but I hate the fact that every single time I break it automatically goes into auto eco-mode. Is that normal? I live in New York City and this is extremely dangerous because often you have to slow down quickly to avoid smashing into a car but then you need to be able to get out of the way from oncoming traffic and I can’t because now the board is eco-mode. It seems like something you could turn off but I don’t know how to. Is this possible?

 

That’s cause your battery is lower than 20%! it’s for your own safe!

 

This is happening all the time. Even with a full charged battery.

 

Don’t know why so...

 

I'm not 100% sure yet but I think the remote is the one doing that..
And if there are other riders close that are on the same channel you have a very high chance someone else's battery is almost empty and your controller picks that up and tells your board to go ECO..

Rebind your board (press and hold the left button until you see the batt %) to get a new key, the controller and board try and keep the same key after reboot only the channel is always different at powerup of the remote...
